"I bought this product on April 20th and began using it in May. However, after two weeks of use, I noticed an increase in hair loss. I assumed it might be a shedding phase, so I continued using it for another two weeks. Unfortunately, my scalp began to itch and I developed more dandruff. I have since stopped using the product and am extremely disappointed with this negative experience."

- Hi, can I leave it on overnight? As I shower in the morning it’s hard to apply it and wait 20min to shower.
- Hi Andy, we advise that you use as directed: Every other day, use on a dry, unwashed scalp as a pre-shampoo treatment: Apply 10-15 drops, evenly distributed across your scalp, and massage in for 1-2 minutes. Wash your hands and wait 10-20 minutes for the formula to warm up and cool down. Shampoo and rinse well. Do not use on a sensitive scalp. Avoid use for 2 days before and 2 days after in-salon chemical services. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women without consultation with your physician.
