The inspiration:

The scalp is the foundation of great hair. With this product, I wanted to truly refresh and invigorate it, removing heavy oils and product buildup without stripping away essential moisture. I started with fine, mineral-rich Australian sea salt and combined it with arnica and cooling peppermint at active levels. Then I added nourishing avocado oil and a whole slew of other plant and flower extracts – from aloe to chamomile, calendula and eucalyptus. (The scrub’s beautiful scent comes from that botanical mix, not from any added fragrance.) Use it weekly, and you’ll marvel at how clean, fresh and alive your scalp feels – like a reset button for your hair.

How to use

Step 1: Apply a dollop of Peppermint Avocado Scalp Scrub to wet hair and gently massage into scalp, gradually adding water to lather. Let sit and intermittently massage for up to 5 minutes or as desired to achieve a cooling effect. Rinse well. Can be used as a daily shampoo or weekly as a detoxifying scalp treatment.

Step 2: Apply conditioner through the length and ends of hair.

Step 3: Rinse and follow with Detangling Toning Mist for best results.
