FAQ's

When will my site credit be available to use? After purchasing your samples, you will receive an email with a discount code matching the value of your purchase ($12 or $14) to apply towards a future order. This code cannot be combined with other discounts and will expire after 12 months.

What if I didn't receive the email with my discount code? Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to deliver to your inbox. Be sure to check your junk and promotions mailbox (GMail). If you're still having trouble, please email service@philipb.com and we would be happy to help you. 

How much site credit do I earn? You will receive a site credit equivalent to every dollar you spend on samples for up to two samplers (total of $24, $26 or $28). For example, if you purchase a Black Label Collection Sampler, you'll get a $14 site credit to use on a future purchase. If you purchase a White Label and Black Label Collection Sampler, you'll get $26 a site credit to use on a future purchase.

Are samples final sale? All Collection Samplers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
